This workshop helps your School and individuals within the school to find their individual and collective “why’s”. Based on the work of Simon Sinek this workshop takes your staff through a journey of exploration to find out what truly motivates them. Using this information we then look at how this intrinsic motivation can align with your school ethos and value system to create a powerful, actionable process using the collective intelligence within your School to bring out the best in your staff.

WHAT DO THE SESSIONS CONSIST OF?
During this workshop individuals will learn what motivates them and how this aligns with their School value system. Using this information we devise a bespoke plan which uses the collective intelligence of teachers and the school leadership to support and advance the value system of your School.
