Developing a Healthy Organisation

Having worked closely with Grant Ashfield from Leadership Works, and using a process based on the work of Patrick Lencioni these facilitation sessions aim at enhancing the morale and productivity of your team. By working with the Leadership teams we identify the motivating factors of your individual team members as well as the organisation itself. Using a ‘top down’ approach this process aims at creating a harmonious leadership team who have the ability to successfully mould and drive the vision of their school or organisation. By aligning the Leadership team we are able to create a powerful, actionable process to ensure that the vision and mission of the school is realized.

“THE SINGLE GREATEST ADVANTAGE ANY COMPANY CAN ACHIEVE,

IS ORGANISATIONAL HEALTH.”

– Patrick Lencioni

This facilitation process consists of a number of sessions with the executive team over a period of approximately a year.

WHO ARE THESE SESSIONS AIMED AT?

Leadership Teams that are looking to develop the ultimate competitive advantage – the healthy organisation.  By eliminating politics and confusion, through creating an understanding of how teams best work your teams productivity and morale will soar.

WHAT DO THE SESSIONS CONSIST OF?

The leadership team will undergo a process where they learn about the dysfunctions of a team, how to deal with criticism, communication skills and how to align their collective and individual “why’s” to produce a clear and powerful process with which to lead their organisations.

WHY ARE THESE SKILLS IMPORTANT?

Without an organisation being healthy it will inevitably fail.  By developing these skills, organisations will be able to tap into their individual and collective intelligences’ to enhance their chances of success.

HOW LONG DO THESE SESSIONS LAST?

This process normally takes place over a number of sessions throughout the year.
