Sport Psychology
As a Sports Psychologist, Craig works with teams and individuals to build their internal resources and in so doing assist them in enhancing their performances. Using a contemporary and practical approach to mental training Craig draws from traditional psychological approaches as well as the tools based approaches such as NLP. He offers each athlete an individualized and practical plan to enhance their own mental game. In doing so they are placed in a position to succeed in their given fields.
